How do estimates work?
Free, and in person. Reyna likes to see your home first so she can give you an exact, fair price.
How do I pay?
After the cleaning, by cash, check, or Zelle. No deposit, nothing up front.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave us a key or a door code. Whatever's easiest for you.
How far ahead should I book?
Most clients book about a month ahead. If you have guests coming or need a last-minute clean, call us and we'll do our best.
What if I need to cancel?
Just let us know and we'll move you to another day.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Raleigh and work across the RDU area: Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, and nearby. We don't travel more than about an hour and a half away.
What products do you use?
We bring our own: cleaning bleach, Lavender Lysol, Simple Green, Windex, Dawn, Easy-Off for stoves and stainless steel, and Murphy for wood floors. If you'd rather we use yours, we're happy to.
Pets? Shoe covers?
Pets are welcome as long as they're friendly. We wear shoe covers if you ask.
Anything you don't do?
We don't do dishes or laundry, pick up pet waste, or remove spider webs outside the home.
Do you speak English and Spanish?
Yes. Reyna speaks Spanish, and her daughters are fluent in English and Spanish. We usually answer in English first; just tell us which you prefer.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured.
